Question by Ashley: Ideas for my exercising dilemma?
I have an exercising dilemma. I really want to become more active and lose some weight. However...
Gym membership is too expensive and I feel like I'm wasting half my exercising time traveling to and from the gym (takes forever to get there from work).
It's literally 100 deg outside, so walking/jogging is out of the question.
I live in a 3rd floor apartment, so any exercises I do at home can't be excessively noisey (no stomping, jumping, etc)
So... that leaves what?
Yoga... situps... pushups.... stretching....
Any other ideas?
Please, I'm just wanting some exercises that would work in my apartment. I don't need everyone going on about how its not that hot or I need to buckle down. I've been going to the gym 3-5 times a week for the past year and I just can't afford that anymore.
As far as the heat goes, even early morning it's been in the mid to upper 80's with 65%+ humidity...
