Question by back to december: Do Jullian Michaels workout videos really work?
I just purchased 3 Jullian Michaels workout videos-- Yoga Meltdown, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and 30 day shred. Will these videos really help me lose weight and get in shape? Along with healthy eating of course.

i have the 30 day shred and i used to do them everyday. level one was pretty hard but once you have done 10 days of it- switch to level two. theyre pretty hard and u WILL sweat a lot! i also have the biggest loser cardio workout too and its pretty good. i havent tried the other two u mentioned. but yes! theyll help lose weight. i lost about 10lbs by doing them along with running everyday. i think ull be able to lose weight if u actually keep up with it. good luck :)
