Question by Tea: Is it better to do vinyasa yoga before or after running?
I am trying to only got to the gym once a day to save time and gas so I'm wondering would it be better to go to vinyasa yoga class and run 2 miles immediately after, or vice versa?

Best answer:
I would think do the run first since yoga is a relaxtion tool. It will help you wind down after your run instead of being all relaxed and then having to ramp up to run.
