Question by Angela H: Any else try Orgy Yoga? Is it really good for you like they say it is?
I just tried Orgy Yoga today after hearing about it from everyone and on TV. It was pretty weird (32 degree room the size of a walk-in closet, everyone laying on top of each other doing the yoga poses to keep muscles warm). It's supposed to be the healthier alternative to Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga), but I'm not sure about the benefits I was supposed to experience. Who else has done it and can share?
