Question by : after doing yoga X yestrday my lower back is sore.... why?
im on week 12, and it hasnt really been this sore ever.... i will admit i went intense yesterdays yoga session, but not sure why it started being sore now... its moreso when i move that it hurts slightly, not so much that i need meds or anything, but still... i have legs and back workout today, if my back is slightly sore can i still workout?

Are you doing Bikram yoga?
That 'style' has given people more injuries than any other kind of yoga.
Week 12 is still beginner territory. Take your time, take it easy, be patient and in a year or so you'll be eternally grateful that you played the beginner when you were a beginner.
