Question by Tofu fun: Bikram (hot) yoga clothing?
Today's my first lesson for a bikram yoga class. During the registration, the person signing me up suggesting buying one of their pants for class. I purchased the tight shorts for $ 43. I realized that I don't really know what to wear as a top.... I don't own and sports bras or tight tanks.... can I just wear a regular bra and a loose tank top?

For the time being, you can wear a regular bra and a lose tank top. But later, buy a sports bra. Its better to wear sports bra while doing yoga or exercises so that breasts don't start sagging.
